Every plan includes 1,000 credits of AI and computing usage each month. If you go beyond that, additional usage-based pricing applies. We'll publish exact overage rates here before they take effect.
AI and computing-heavy activity — generating images, building AI websites or pages, creating AI menus, and sending marketing or loyalty activity — once you're past your 1,000 included credits. Your $20/month/user base fee stays the same either way.
No. Using OrderEm's AI tools to build your own website, app, menu, marketing campaigns and loyalty programs is included in your $20 monthly plan. Support pricing only applies if you want our developers to build or manage it for you.
One-time support is a single dedicated session for $99, useful for setup or a specific issue. Monthly support is ongoing dedicated support billed at $299 per month. You can also just email us at info@orderem.com to talk it through first.
